Cancellations and reservations
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
- Special offers have specific cancellation policies, so they should be consulted individually.
- Any change to the reservation regarding the number of people may imply a change in the type of accommodation booked and the payment of the supplement associated with the reservation change, with such change being subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
- All prices mentioned include VAT at the applicable rate.
Children and extra beds
Whenever you bring children with you, it is mandatory to always inform us of the children’s ages in advance so that we can ensure availability and validate the best quote.
- Some accommodations do not have space for an extra bed or crib. Make reservations in advance for all accompanying persons to avoid losing your reservation or complications at check-in.
- Children up to 5 years old: free stay in a crib (1 child per room).
- Children aged 6 to 12: €15 per night for an extra bed, on a bed and breakfast basis (1 child per room).
- Children over 13 years old and adults: €25 per night for an extra bed, on a bed and breakfast basis (1 person per room).
- Reservations for cribs or extra beds are subject to confirmation and availability by the hotel.
Others
- Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
Except from July 15th to September 15th.
- Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM.
- Check-out time is until 12:00 PM.
- No pets allowed.
- Non-smoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room.
